In Cumières, the locality of Hautes Chèvres is located above the village, mid-upper hill, on clay-limestone soil. Renowned for the quality of its Pinots, we cultivate the majority of our plots there. The 2013 vintage comes from our old Pinots Meuniers vines planted between 1930 and 1971. Their very low yield provides a beautiful aromatic palette, which, linked to the mineral tension of the Hautes Chèvres terroir, produces real wonders.
