A rare still rosé from Champagne’s Coteaux Champenois AOC, this cuvée is made entirely from Pinot Noir grown in organically farmed parcels in Verzy and Trépail, villages prized for their chalky slopes and cool exposition. The grapes are harvested by hand, then spontaneously fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel before being racked to a mix of used and partially new French oak barrels for aging.
The 2023 rosé is bottled unfined and unfiltered after élevage, showcasing delicate structure, red berry aromatics, and mineral persistence.
