Parcels located in the communes of Festigny and Le Breuil. 60 cm of clay limestone topsoil with traces of chalk and layers of tuffe below. Soil worked manually (4-5 passes/yr); ratio of 1 vineyard worker per hectare; hand harvested.
Blend of biodynamics, phytotherapy, homeopathy and geobiology. One person cares for one hectare-extremely high ratio by Champagne standards.
RosĂ© dâAssemblage (10% still red Meunier). Vinified in epoxy-lined tanks.
