Viticulture Phelan uses a mixed farming approach inspired by permaculture, biodynamics, and regenerative agriculture in our pursuit of healthier soil. This approach includes several holistic measures that draw on the natural vitality of the vineyard and its surroundings. along with no-till agriculture
Vinification 100% destemmed and fermented in open top stainless steel tank for 10 days.
Aging aged in neutral 500L barrel for 16 months. Bottled by hand without fining or filtering.
