This approach includes several holistic measures that draw on the natural vitality of the vineyard and its surroundings. along with no-till agriculture
Vinification 100% whole cluster fermented in stainless steel. 12 days maceration. Neutral barrels aged.
Aging 14 months in neutral. French oak. Bottled by hand unfined and unfiltered
