Les Mignottes is an old vine pinot noir (planted in 1970) with ideal exposure on the
south-facing slopes of Bouzy. Grapes are harvested by hand from low-yielding
vines (35 hl/hectares) and vinified following burgundian-traditional principals: 15
days vatting period using native yeasts, 12 months in French oak barrels and not
filtered or fined before bottling.
