2022 Domaine La Patelle Pinot Noir "Dévers" Arbois, Jura

For many years, he spent his professional life in the art of sourcing wood and crafting barrels. In 2018, he started part-time studying in Beaune and working at Domaine André et Mireille Tissot with Stéphane his mentor.
In 2021, he made his first cuvée “Coup de Feu” a 100% Chardonnay from a tiny 1-acre parcel in Arbois called “La Régole”.
In 2022, he obtained several parcels from Tissot and Domaine les Bodines. Today, in addition to the parcel “La Régole” the estate consists of 6ha of various lieu-dits. This fresh fruited wine his only Pinot Noir.
