NV Domaine Bruno Dangin “Blanche” Blanc de Noirs, Cremant de Bourgogne
$32.00
Crafted from 100% hand-harvested Pinot Noir grown organically on limestone-rich soils near Molesme, just south of the Champagne border. Fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, the wine then undergoes traditional secondary fermentation in bottle. It spends approximately 30 months on lees, resulting in refined mousse and texture. Bottled unfined and unfiltered (2 g/L dosage, Extra-Brut).
