Formerly "Baden Nouveau" will be now the “Grand Ordinaire” with the 2020 vintage. The vintage is 12.5 % alc and made identically to the Baden Nouveau with 100% whole cluster, carbonic fermentation for 10 days, pressed and fermented dry mainly in tank and barreled down in a couple old 600l + 500l + 228 l barrels and bottled in March. Of course no additives, 100% grape juice and bottled in a transparent bottle but this time with a natural cork instead of a crown cap.
