- Terroir: Medium-deep white clay and limestone soils on the right bank of the Rhoin
- Viticulture: Sustainable. No herbicides or pesticides.
- Vinification: 100% whole cluster. 4-5 day cool maceration at 15°C. Ambient yeast fermentation with pump-overs and foot punch-downs. Aged in barrels (0-20% new). Racked once.
