2020 Victoria Torres Pecis Negramoll, La Palma, Spain

Due to the droughts in 2020, Viki sourced the Negramoll from higher altitude vineyards mostly in the north. All parcels are vinified separately and then blended. The wine was made with a short maceration on the clusters, and then fermented and aged in used French barrels.
