This historic estate, managed by the legendary and larger than life Bernd Philippi for the last decades and now with the assistance of cellarmaster Dominik Sona, is undoubtedly one of the top estates in the Pfalz. The Pinot is destemmed, fermented naturally in tank and moved into one new Doppelstück (2400L) and some old Halbstück (600L) barrels for 2 years.
