The Primofiore is the youngest red release from Giuseppe Quintarelli's estate, meaning “first flower” in Italian. It’s a precise blend—50% Corvina & Corvinone and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon & Cabernet Franc—selected for approachability without sacrificing structure. After harvest, the grapes are partially dried for about a month, fermented, then aged roughly one year in large Slavonian oak casks.
