Syrah is a variety Katie has wanted to try her hands at working with for some time now, and having lost much of her harvest to frost, she was happy to head to the Northern Rhone and pick a little to make this charming wine. Like the other reds from this harvest, it was fermented as whole bunches for a fortnight and spent a year in cask, rendering a perfumed, zippy expression of the grape, which offers so much pleasure at the table. - Tutto Wines
