This parcel of old vines Gamay planted over granite in the Southern Beaujolais village of Bully was the one Katie made her first wine from way back when, and so she was very excited to harvest some fruit there again last year. It spent a fortnight on the skins as whole bunches, before a year in casks, and this cooler vintage has provided a light, bright and lively wine that rivals those of the more famous crus to the north. - Tutto Wines
