Single cask organic single malt Scotch whisky produced by Nc’nean in Drimnin, Scotland (Western Highlands)   • Distilled from 100% unpeated organic-certified malted Scottish barley   • Twice distilled in copper pot stills   • Aged in a first-fill ex–bourbon cask; non-age statement   • Reminiscent of afternoon tea with notes of apricot jam, clotted cream, candied lemons, and freshly baked cinnamon rolls.   • Only 244 bottles produced   • No added coloring   • Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 60.4% ABV   

Nc’nean’s Aon series is a collection of single cask bottlings from the pioneering distillery, each handpicked and unrepeatable. Filled in December 2018, cask 18-642 was bottled in February 2024 to celebrate the official launch of Nc’nean in the US.
