Organic single malt Scotch whisky produced by Nc’nean in Drimnin, Scotland (Western Highlands)   • Made from 100% unpeated organic-certified malted Scottish barley   • Fermented between 68 and 114 hours with Anchor and Fermentis yeast strains   • Twice distilled in copper pot stills   • Aged in a combination of shaved, toasted, and re-charred (STR) red wine casks (55%), ex-American whiskey barrels (43%), and ex-Oloroso sherry casks (2%); non-age statement   • On the nose, bright citrus peel and orchard fruits—plus a whiff of floral honey—evolve into vanilla, hard spice, and a suggestion of oak. The palate is medium bodied, complementing the nose with a malty sweetness and a hint of red berries. A warming, persistent finish speaks to the cask strength proof.   • 5021 bottles produced   • No added coloring   • Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 59% ABV
