The Champagne Enchevêtrer of Domaine Leon is the result of 100% Pinot Noir from grapes of the two historic parcels (Lieux-Dits) of the Domaine "La Chevétrée" and "La Grande Côte" near the village of Landreville.
This Blanc de Noirs bearing the signature of Clément Robert is the authentic expression of the clayey-limestone and silty soil of this area of the Aube which provides the Champagnes with a strong personality and marked minerality.
The vinification process takes place separately for each parcel, 10 months in barriques and for 4 months in steel tanks; the cuvee is assembled before bottling. Aging on its lees for 14 months and disgorgement "À la volée"
