SOIL: a silty, clay limestone - Terroir Marne valley
VITICULTURE: average age of the plots is 46 years. Working methods are alternative, following the lunar calendar. Manually harvested with careful monitoring and control of grape maturity. We use two pneumatic presses, 2000 and 4000 kg capactiy.
VINIFICATION: Divided into plots. Stainless steel or enamelled steel tanks. No malolactic fermentation. Harvest 2017.
AGING: one year in large neural oak foudre, average ageing in bottle: 4 years.
