Mainly Pinot Noir with 20% being Chardonnay and Meunier - from all vineyards located in Aÿ, Mareuil sur Aÿ and Dizy. The Cuvée is composed of 50% wine from the 2019 vintage and the remaining 60% from vin de réserve (perpetual reserve from the 2004 to 2018 vintage). All fermented with indigenous yeasts in barrel. No dosage.
This wine was poured at A Very Corkhoarder Champagne Special on Thursday, December 13th and will be available 12/20.
