From a tiny, south‑facing 0.25 ha parcel planted in 1928 on thin limestone‑clay soils within Griotte‑Chambertin, this is one of Fourrier’s two domaine‑bottled Grand Crus. The vines are trained in Guyot and farmed organically. The grapes are hand‑harvested, 100% destemmed, and undergo indigenous‐yeast fermentation in open-top vats with gentle extraction. Aged 16 months in French oak (25% new), bottled unfined and unfiltered.
