Destilado de agave produced in Zapotitlán, Jalisco, Mexico • Maestro Destiladores Macurio and Miguel Partida • Produced from 100% Lineño (Agave angustifolia) with 3-year capón • Cooked in an earthen pit oven using a mixture of mesquite and guamúchil wood • Milled using axe, mallet, and a small mechanical grinder • Fermented with natural yeasts in deep stone wells and wooden vats (tinas) • Distilled in hybrid Filipino-style stills made of a copper pot, hollow parota tree trunk, and rolled agave leaf (penca) • Autumnal aromas of white flowers, burnt orange peel, fallen leaves, dried cranberries, sweet carrots, roasted squash, and roquefort cheese • 62 liters produced • 45.6% ABV (ABV may vary batch to batch)
