Cinsault from Preston Farm & Winery in Dry Creek Valley, vines were planted in 1988. The first two vintages of La Onda (2013 and 2014) were Cinsault blends but this vintage was made from a new source of organic Cinsault in CA. Foot-stomped, fermented whole-cluster and then aged in used oak.
