A single 150 year old vineyard on the slopes of the Serra de Estrela, fermented and aged in a mix of used Puligny Montrachet barrels and concrete tanks.
Coming from one of the oldest and highest vineyards Carlos has ever discovered in Dao, this wine bristles with absolutely crazy energy and texture. Chalky, subtle almond skin, and mineral power upon power.
