A Cesteira 2020 is a plot facing North with a soil made of shist. 30 - 60 years old vines. The production is extremely small only one barrel produced in 2020. Albariño juice goes through wild yeasts fermentations and then spends 10 months in stainless steel and 2 months in a 500L barrel.
