This fruit comes from the cooler south side of the Volcano in Sao Mateus. It is a blend of mostly Siborinho (Tinta Negra), Syrah, and Merlot from old vines planted in Lava AA rocks. It is fermented and aged for 9 months on the fine lees on stainless steel.
