100% Malvasia de Colares, it showcases seaside aromatics and flinty notes. With a oneyear aging in French oak barrels, it offers a mineral, fresh, and dry structure with delicate
acidity. The winery's history is rooted in crafting wines with time, reflecting the region's
maritime influence and clay-limestone soil.
Harvested in 18kg-boxes, spontaneous fermentation in stainless-steel vats, whole bunch
pressed, one-year elevage in French oak barrels.
