2023 Domaine Bachelet-Monnot, Bourgogne Rouge, France
$52.00
Sourced from three distinct plots—a roughly 80-year-old site in the Hautes‑Côtes de Beaune, plus parcels in Maranges and Puligny—and made exclusively from Pinot Noir. Organically farmed, the grapes are hand-harvested, fermented with 20–25 % whole clusters using native yeasts, and gently extracted to preserve structure and vibrancy. After ~12 months in French oak barrels (about 25 % new), the wine is racked into tank for another 6–8 months on lees before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Arrives August, 2025.
