Pineau d’Aunis comes from a forty year old parcel picked a little later than Le Regard, fermented on skins as whole bunches for three weeks and pressed to barrels for fifteen months of rest. Incredibly pretty, it offers a gorgeous perfume of red berries, earth and spice, whilst the palate is incredibly moreish, framing the fruit with filigree tannins and a cleansing lick of acidity.
