Organic. 100% Chardonnay from a micro-parcel of 30 ares on clay-limestone topsoil over Oolithic and Comblanchien limestone sub-soil. The vines are over 50 years old and face East. The fruit is slowly direct-pressed into barrel, spontaneously fermented, and aged in barrels (⅔ used, ⅓ new). Bottled unfined, unfiltered and without additional SO2.
