Organic. 100% Arneis. The battlehorse of the estate, this Roero Arneis comes exclusively from the unique sandy soils of central Roero. Despite being the entry-level cuvee of the estate, it is a single-vineyard
bottling. Hand harvested and ultimately 20% cryomacerated for 8-10 hours with malolactic fermentation being absent. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at 15-17 degrees and then matured in stainless steel tanks for minimum 4 months āsur liesā with ābattonageā.
