From organically farmed vineyards in the SLO Coast AVA, this is cool-climate Chardonnay through a minimal-intervention lens. Whole-cluster pressed and fermented with native yeast in neutral French oak, then aged 10 months on lees. No fining or filtration; minimal sulfur at bottling. Saline and lifted, with lemon, melon, and a thread of bright acidity.
