Vineyard: Basalt/volcanic soil. Riesling comes from Raposka, Szent György-hill (farmed by the winemaker); Furmint is purchased from Ság-hegy, organic vineyard.
Making of (2024): First year for this cuvée! After harvesting, all grapes are direct pressed, co-fermented, and aged on the lees in 500-600 liter big barrels plus a 300 liter amphora.
Personality: A balanced wine with plenty of florals and acidity from the grape varieties, met with minerality from the volcanic soil.
