This natural red is crafted by the Mascarello brothers of La Morra as part of their micro-négociant project, Maffrei. The Rossos is a blend of Nebbiolo and Dolcetto from organically farmed vineyards, vinified with spontaneous fermentation and light sulfur, bottled unfined and unfiltered. Grippy, red fruited and undenabily piedmontese.
