Viticulture: Organic, limited tilling, no herbicides, organic composts, etc.
Vinification: Made from the same base as Invitation with 30% reserve wine (but with more Chardonnay), enhanced with some still red wine (~5%). Separate vinification of villages, varieties, and parcels. Primary aging in tanks (92%) and in barrels (8%), partial malolactic fermentation, aged for 2 years on lattes.
