2018 Victoria Torres Las Migas, La Palma, Spain

Las Migas, or "The Crumbs", is made entirely of Lístan Blanco from different plots in Southern La Palma. The grapes are picked at different times and she keeps adding them to concrete eggs where they are made. The 2018 took 24 months to ferment completely. The resulting wine is incredibly textured.
