100% Listan Blanco from various plots in the northwest as well as southeast of La Palma. Vines range in age between 35-130 years at higher elevations (around 1350m) while in the southeast vines are only at 400m. Grapes from each plot are vinified separately and a small percentage was left on the skins before pressing. Combined and aged in concrete for over 20 months.
