Casteller Kirchberg Planted in 1958, again surrounded by forest and thus the shade prevents the grapes from getting too much sun which yields a more delicate - high acid and racy Sylvaner. Steep south facing with layered plaster clay from the Late Triassic period (Keuper) on top of red sandstone, a few meters into the ground.
