Listan Blanco and Diego (approx 50% each) from two vineyards, El Tíon at 1,100m and Riveros at 800m, both around 80 years old.  A fairly short maceration, pressing in stainless steel and spontaneous fermentation. There were not enough Diego grapes to make a varietal bottling, so Torres decided to blend them together, and it was kept with lees in stainless steel.
