Terroir: Lieu-dits Caubeigt and Tauzy. Gros Manseng is on silty and clay-limestone soils, Petit Courbu on iron-rich sandstone. Poudingue bedrock (see main profile). East and southeast facing steep slopes at 300 to 350 meters altitude.
Viticulture: Organic certification in 2021, biodynamic practices
Winemaking: Long whole-cluster pressing. Ambient yeasts fermentations without sulfur. Aged in mostly used demi-muids and barrels, sandstone eggs, and stainless steel tanks. Because of low pH's, malos are rare. No fining. Light filtration.
