a 60/40 blend of chardnonay from layne vineyard and sauvignon blanc from iron bird vineayrd - tow higher altitude sites down the block from one another in the applegate valley of southern oregon. grapes were hand-harvest and then crushed, sitting on the skins for 36 hours before being pressred. half of the wine co-fermented in stainless stell and the rest co-fermented in neutral barrel; malo was alloed to finish and the wine was left to rest with no batonnage or racking. given the 5.8g/l RS, the wine was filtered for stability; no other internetions beyond sulfure additions totalli 34ppm - Momument wine co.
