Alanda is the "village" wine that is intended to reflect the best soils and expositions and higher elevations. This wine is a selection of Dona Blanca, Treixadura and Verdello. The soils here are mostly a sandy slate with clay, but you find granite and limestone as well. Each variety is fermented in stainless steel with native yeasts as it is harvested - progressively added to the vats.
