Jerónimo Listán Blanco 2020 comes from 70-year-old ungrafted vines on clay and sandy basalt soils from the greener, northern end of La Palma. In addition, this vineyard is located at a considerable altitude (1,300 meters). After a short maceration on the skins, the wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for 10 months.
