This 100% Chardonnay from Cambon and de Villaine’s legendary estate is drawn from their four lease-plots in the famed “Le Charlemagne” and “En Charlemagne” lieux-dits on the hill of Corton, totaling approximately 2.9 ha.
Cultivated in biodynamically managed vines and harvested carefully in early September, the must is fermented with indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels and aged for 18 months before bottling.
