Chardonnay from a tiny 0.7-hectare parcel of 40-year-old vines, rooted deep in the clay-limestone soils of the Jura. Farmed organically and biodynamically, every cluster is hand-harvested and pressed whole, kicking off a spontaneous ferment with native yeasts in neutral oak. This bottling is aged 24 months on lees (last '22 was 12 months) , unfined, unfiltered, with just a whisper of SO2.
