Young white from the stainless steel fermentation of the first bud of the Palomino Fino grape from the Matalian estate, controlled spontaneous fermentation between 25-18º, thus wanting to obtain the maximum splendor of the primary aromas. The result is a balance between the primary aromas (white stone fruit, citrus aromas) and the subtlety of the reflection of the albariza soil, with the Palomino Fino variety as a common thread. Young dry white wine. Tropical aromas, water pear, breadcrumbs, loquat, pale golden color.
