Marc was looking for other high altitude vineyards in the Cote d'Or to produce wines with fresher acidity that would mirror the aspects he knew at Domaine de la Cras. Through his partners at Tercet, he was able to get in touch with an organic grower in the hills far above Aloxe-Corton in the Hautes-Côtes village of Echevronne. Tercet requested that the grower press the grapes on-site in a separate tank with no SO2, then bring the juice to Domaine de la Cras for fermentation and elevage. 1 year in barrels with 10% new oak.
