2023 Adega a Barouta 'Ventoleiro' Blanco, Ribeiro, Spain

Made from different plots that span around 1.5 ha in Val do Avia. Soils rich in granite and shirts; 200 to 350 meters of altitude. Vineyards are 20 to 50 years old. Grapes are hand-harvested and pressed with whole bunches (2 to 6 hours, depending on the plot). Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in a mix of stainless steel, wood, glass, and concrete tanks. Aged 12 months in a mixture of oak barrels, demijohns and stainless steel.
