With the Première Côte’s shallowest, stoniest soils, its wines often synthesize Le Mont’s intense minerality with Le Haut-Lieu’s generous texture. Clos du Bourg is often the richest and most powerful wine in the lineup. The Clos du Bourg Sec has 5.7 grams residual sugar, 4.7 grams per liter of total acidity and a pH of 3.17.
