We offer free local delivery to addresses within our free delivery zones, which can be found here. Select "free local delivery" at checkout or call (347) 689-9253 to order. We strive to deliver same day and will always get in touch to let you know if that's not possible for some reason.

For shipments the customer contracts with the carrier (FedEx or UPS), who Leon & Son Wine will engage on behalf of the customer. Alternatively you may choose to pick up your order at our New York City store location. If you select the shipping option, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Orders do not ship out on Saturday or Sunday. Your carrier will contact you within two business days from the day your order is shipped with your tracking number, shipping date, and anticipated delivery date. In the case of shipments outside New York State, the sole responsibility for complying with local regulations or tax requirements rests with the customer. If we are unable to ship to your area, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and suggest that shipping be arranged to a direct-shipping friendly state. All packages must be signed for by and adult aged 21+. The buyer hereby agrees to take sole responsibility for complying with all laws regarding importation of alcohol into your state. Title to, and ownership of, all alcoholic beverages passes from Leon & Son Wine to buyer in the State of New York, which is why we charge New York sales tax on your order.
We personally try to avoid shipping wine during the warmest and coldest months of the year. But we’re happy to take your lead and either hold or send your shipments throughout those periods. If you choose to have your order shipped during extreme weather, Leon & Son cannot assume responsibility for the condition of your wines upon delivery. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you’d like for us to put your shipments on hold or for additional information.
NYS law only permits us to accept the return of goods that are defective; for such returns we can offer a replacement of the same item, or we can refund a credit card, or we can issue a store credit. If you think your bottle is defective please bring it back to the store to be checked out and, if applicable, replaced.
If you've forgotten to apply the " CASE15 " discount code, we will refund 10% of the subtotal of your order (spirits not included).
